Experience configuring and installing adaptive technology on student workstations to facilitate learning for those with moderate to severe physical and mental challenges. Additionally, five years experience working in a computer lab (Windows/Linux), troubleshooting, configuring permissions, file sharing, print sharing and scheduling maintenance utilities.

Library Assistant (substitute) – King County Library System, June 2004 – September 2005 Assisting library patrons with finding references and sources and provided overall customer service.

Companion, Plymouth House, 2003 – present The Plymouth House companion is a member of a live-in team in a residentially based transitional living environment, for clients facing moderate to profound mental challenges. The companion works with the house manager, staff and respite providers to facilitate the transition into permanent housing.

Associate/Administrator – Thomas House of Seattle, November 1991- December 2002 Worked in a specialized foster home developing treatment programs, writing detailed cost proposals, and supervising and monitoring youth activities. In addition to these duties I set up and maintained a youth computer lab, which consisted of an application server and 3 work stations.

Collections Agent – Washington Credit Incorporated, 1991 – 1990 Utilized debt collection software system tickets to recover delinquent debt from a portfolio of third-party accounts which included, The Bank of America, Household Finance, and Nordstrom.
